RIDER STRENGTH & SEAT POSITION $275 for 5 Sessions
This is a 5 week course with 45 min sessions, set up to strengthen your overall seat. It is recommended that you have at least taken our INTRO TO HORSEMANSHIP course or basic lessons where you have a developed seat and confidence in the saddle. Lessons may include riding and groundwork with moderately strenuous physical activity on horseback. We will practice exercises that are focused on you and how the horse reflects your position. This course is instructed in either an outdoor round pen or an indoor arena at both the Hartwick & Oneonta locations.
COMMUNICATION & FEEL $225 for 5 Sessions
This is a 5 week course with 30 min sessions, set up for those who want to interact with horses but do not necessarily wish to ride. It is also great for new horse owners or those who lack groundwork skills. There is zero riding involved in this course. We practice communicating to the horse on and off a lead. You will learn how the horse processes thoughts, how they respond to our body movement, horse psychology, and advanced groundwork maneuvers. By the end of the course, you will be able to control your horse's feet with no equipment on. This is one of our client favorites as they develop a new bond and gain a better understanding of the horse.
